First things first. If you’ve broken down somewhere hazardous, ensure you’re not exposed to danger of passing traffic and let us know the situation when you call.

What you’ll need

So we can help you as quickly as possible, have the following information on hand when you call one of our friendly Technical Advisors:

  • VIN number
  • Vehicle registration number
  • Your location and a description of the problem
  • Where possible, a telephone number so we can contact you
